Booking is simple! Just fill out the inquiry form on my website, and I’ll be in touch to discuss your session details. Once we finalize the date and package, a 30% retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be split into two payments, with the final installment due before you receive your images.

As part of the pre-booking coordination, you’ll receive a complimentary outfit coordination guide tailored to the season, time of day, setting, temperature, and your horse’s coat color. This ensures a beautifully curated aesthetic that enhances your photos and complements your unique style.

Most galleries are delivered within 24-72 hours for standard shoots. However, larger sessions and event coverage may take up to two weeks, depending on the volume of images. I ensure every photo is professionally edited and delivered in a high-resolution online gallery for easy downloading and sharing.

Absolutely! Some packages include multiple horses and riders, while others are designed for single horse-and-rider sessions. If you want to add extra horses, pets, or family members, let me know during booking so we can customize your session. Group discounts are also available for multiple riders booking together!

I closely monitor the weather leading up to each shoot. If conditions aren’t ideal (heavy rain, storms, extreme wind, etc.), we can reschedule for the next available date at no extra cost. For light rain or cloudy days, we may still proceed, as overcast lighting can create beautiful, soft images!

Absolutely! I want your session to reflect your unique style and vision. If you have specific poses, creative ideas, or inspiration images, feel free to share them before the shoot. I also provide expert guidance to ensure we capture the best angles and moments.

I completely understand that horses have their own personalities and moods! I take a patient, low-stress approach to working with equines and allow time for your horse to settle in. I also have a few tricks to grab their attention and encourage natural, beautiful expressions. If needed, we can take short breaks to keep them comfortable.

Yes! I am available for travel sessions outside my primary service area. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. If you’re interested in booking a shoot outside of my usual locations, reach out, and we can discuss the details!

Yes! I offer black background edits, black & white images, and other creative enhancements as part of my editing process. Some packages include these edits, while others can be added as an upgrade. Let me know if you have a specific style in mind!

Yes! Your final gallery includes an option to order high-quality prints, canvases, and other keepsakes directly from a professional lab. I highly recommend ordering through me to ensure the best color accuracy and longevity for your images.

Before your session, make sure your horse is groomed and clean, with a neatly maintained mane and tail. If using tack, ensure it’s polished and free of dirt. Riders should dress according to the outfit guide provided. A few days before the shoot, I’ll send a final checklist to help you feel fully prepared!

Yes! I welcome well-behaved dogs and other pets to join the shoot. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan the best way to incorporate them into your session.
